RECOMMENDED FLOOR SURFACES:
All commercial wood floors.
Directions for use: INITIAL APPLICATION ON BARE WOOD FLOOR
1. Dust mop the floor using an untreated dust mop and vacuum.
2. Tack the floor with water or odorless mineral spirits using dust mop frame and turkish towels. Wring out towels and place on the floor. Place dust mop frame on top of towels and overlap towels over frame. Multiple towels are required for this job. When tacking, overlap each lane.
4. Lightly sand after each coat of sealer has dried using 175 rpm floor machine and wood floor screens (180 grit recomended).
5. Dust mop the floor using an untreated dust mop, and vacumm the floor.
6. Tack the floor again using turkish towels immersed in water from clean mop bucket as in Step 2.
7. Apply 2 coats of WOODSTAR Wood Floor Polish. Let dry 1-2 hours between coats. Floor will be fully cured in 3 days at normal temperature and humidity.
8. After the floor has cured completely, dust mop and burnish to a wetlook shine using an Amano Pioneer Eclipse UHS burnisher with a Blue Blend pad.
Directions for use: RECOAT OVER EXISTING WOODSTAR COATING
1. Dust mop the floor using an untreated dust mop and vacuum.
2. Screen the floor using a 175 rpm floor machine and wood floor screens. The grit of the screens depends on the condition of the floor.
3. Dust mop the floor again and vacuum to remove excess dust.
4. Tack the floor using turkish towels as in Step 2 under initial application.
5. Apply 1-2 coats of WOODSTAR Wood Floor Polish. Allow 1-2 hours between coats. Fllor will be fully cured in 3 days at normal temperature and humidity.
6. After the floor has cured completely, burnish to a wet-look shine using an Amano Pioneer Eclipse UHS burnisher with Blue Blend pad.
