Concentrated "green" neutralising solution developed for use on resilient tile and all types of stone flooring.

ADVANCED FORMULATION CONTAINING:

NO phosphates
NO 2-butoxyethanol
NO VOC's
NO alkyl phenol ethoxylate surfactants
NO environmentally toxic preservatives
NO added fragrances

FEATURES

RECOMMENDED FLOOR SURFACES

Resilient tile and most hard floor surfaces (stone, concrete) where excessive alkalinity may cause adhesion problems.

Caution: Use on some polished stone floors such as marble, travertine, etc. may result in etching and loss of gloss.

Directions for use:

GENERAL NEUTRALIZATION

  1. Strip floor.
  2. Mix EnviroStar Green All Purpose Neutralizer in mop bucket or automatic scrubber according to the following dilution ratios: Resilient tile: 1:64 2 US oz per gal water (16 ml per 1 litre water) Hard Floors: 1:10 13 US oz per gal water (100 ml per 1 litre water)
  3. Apply liberally to floor and allow to soak for 10 minutes. Pick up residue with automatic scrubber.
  4. Using an automatic scrubber, rinse floor with clean, cold water. Pick up residue with automatic scrubber.
  5. Mop floor with clean, cold water and allow to dry.

REMOVING SALT FILMS

Automatic Scrubber Application (Recommended):

  1. Clean floors to remove soil residues.
  2. Dilute EnviroStar Green AP Neutralizer in automatic scrubber at: Light to Moderate Winter Salt Films 1:128 1 US oz per gallon of clean water (8 ml per 1 litre of clean water) Heavy Winter Salt Films 1:64 2 US oz per gallon of clean water (16 ml per 1 litre of clean water)
  3. Use an automatic scrubber with vacuum to pick-up solution and residues.
  4. Allow floor to dry thoroughly before burnishing.

Mop-On Application (Optional):

  1. Clean floors to remove soil residues.
  2. Dilute EnviroStar Green All Purpose Neutralizer in mop bucket at:Light to Moderate Winter Salt Films 1:128 1 US oz per gallon of clean water (8 ml per 1 litre of clean water) Heavy Winter Salt Films 1:64 2 US oz per gallon of clean water (16 ml per 1 litre of clean water)
  3. Damp mop floor thoroughly with EnviroStar Green All Purpose Neutralizer solution.
  4. (Required) Damp mop floor second time with clean water.
